Walking Group Summer Outings

On Wednesday 27 July a group of 18 travelled by car to Co Fermanagh to the National Trust property at Florence Court. After coffee with pancakes and scones at Arch House B & B most of the group set off on the five mile walk through the forest. Not long after the rain started and continued for the rest of the day. We arrived back rather wet to eat our picnic lunches before embarking on a very interesting guided tour of the house. We finished the day returning to Arch House for our evening meal which was enjoyed by all present.

Our final walk of the summer took place on a beautiful sunny "summer day". Thirteen members set off on the 10.30 Enterprise to Dublin and then by DART to Bray where we then headed off for Bray Head and along the cliff path to Greystones. We then returned to Dublin by DART (collecting four members who had stayed in the Bray area) where we had a lovely meal before returning on the 20.50 Enterprise to Belfast.
