| St Patrick’s Day was celebrated with an evening
of music. The programme commenced with Catherine on her violin accompanied by Linda Montgomery. Then Gloria Patton told us a story set at the time of St Patrick. |

The main part of the evening was
a celebration of the music of Percy French with Thomas who
starred as Percy in a recent production by the Bart Players. Thomas gave us a potted life story to introduce the songs. His great command of his audience ensured that everyone present had a most enjoyable evening. . He was accompanied by Hazel Martin. |

After tea and
apple pie the evening finished with a duet by Gordon and Brian followed
by the audience singing a few well known Percy French songs. |
